Another Hornets spot with an entirely different approach. This one was to showcase how the Hornets organization (From players to administration staff) have strong community spirit.

There wasn't time or budget to schedule a DDK shoot so we had to use Hornets archive footage ... which was lacking. We made the best of it and the end result is a spot thats softer but still has the Hornets vibe.

Another incredibly fun project with 3rd Degree. Using our organic stop motion'ish photography & textural film grain/flashes/grime/etc. gives these videos lots of visual pop. The approach here was to come across extremely whimsical and give a nice throwback to old school Sesame Street skits.

These videos were just a small part of the huge campaign that included websites, contests, heck ... even a parade float! What a project. We hope you enjoy.

Soft, textile, organic was the approach for this Washington DC based credit union. This spot also did a circuit in HD flavor in movie theaters around the DC area.

A hip and stylized followup to our Cox "Everything Phone" spot. This one had us feeling a bit of a retro throwback to the classic Atari 2600 Pitfall game and anything that has that vibe is 100% solid with the DDK crew.

Cox wanted to convey the little know fact that you can do a whole lot more than just pay your bill at the Cox retail stores. We illustrated this fact by animating a Cox paper bill that transforms into the different media you can experience at the Cox stores.

We were pretty stoked about this spot because we got to jump back into some full 3D animation. It's simple but its really fun and effective.

"Get Moving"

Cox needed a fun, quick paced spot to promote their new customer service website getmovingwithcox.com. The all animated spot is a throwback to the "Catch Me If You Can" opening credits.

2007 Addy Awards Intro

The OKC Addy Awards is a video based presentation of winners and each year a intro piece is produced that sets the tone for the night. Our video (produced with Third Degree, Simon Hurst Photography, and Lucky Dog Audio) is a cohesive piece that stays in synch with other printed materials such as the Call for Entries, Invitations, Winners Book, etc.

We were given a mass of pristine digital photographs. We wanted the video to have a home movie grunge look and give the piece an overall "organic" feel.

Everyone in the state of Oklahoma must have seen these spots. Cox ran the absolute dog crap out of these and guess what ... they worked.

Digital DK directed, edited, and animated all the spots. Shot in HD and on location in Ski Island, these spots were an absolute blast to work on. Many many laughs on set.

This is still one of our favorite projects to date. It was our first (and hopefully not last!) chance to work with the AMAZING local illustrator Dave Curd. This guy walks on water.
